Refund policy

NEED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN SOMETHING?

All items for refund should be sent back in a resellable condition within 14 days (sale items) & 28 days (full priced items) of receipt as long as those are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached.

Perishable items may not be returned as listed below. Simply fill in this returns form, indicating the reason for return.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service, returns costs must be covered by the customer wishing to return an item. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. 

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days.

We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size ONLY. Please complete the below form. If you want to swap for a completely different style, we ask that you place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange: knickers, earrings, DVDs and perishable goods. When returning or exchanging an item, include this completed form in the parcel.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us at sales@nookidesign.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us. For cancellations under this statutory right, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. This right does not apply to pierced jewellery (earrings), perishable goods, or items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
